Can You Fax Room Requests to DL Hotel Like You Can a WDW Hotel?

We are staying at the DL hotel in April and my DH was hoping for a specific tower. Can I fax a room request to the room controller like you can at WDW? If so, does anyone have the fax number for the DL hotel? What rooms do you recommend for good views? Thanks!
