Can you exit Swiss Family Robinson treehouse early at any point or are you basically stuck and forced to go forward through it and complete it? Do you think young kids would enjoy it or tire of the climbing in it?

It’s a pretty narrow one way path up to the top and then back down to get out.
To get out before going all the way forward, you would need to go back down against the flow of traffic the way you came. I‘ve met people on the path who were trying to do it - doesn’t work well

It really isn’t too long of a path to walk. If you choose to do it faste there are places you can more easily pass people. I don’t recommend going backwards as what others have said, it’s narrow at parts and not ideal for passing.

I have a bad knee so I am worried about not being able to do it all.

As far as young kids enjoying it, it might depend on the age of the kid and if they are normally active. My son always loved it even when he was very young, but he watched the movie so knew what he was looking at. We would always take our time and look at the details in each room. If they (or you) haven't seen the movie it could still be fun to see what's in the rooms and figure out how they were using everything. You might tell your kids the basic story, family shipped wrecked on an island could only use what they had on the ship.

Bad knees, I have them and don't have any problems with it. Again, I just take it slow.

Thank you

Wow, haven't dome the treehouse in a long time, forgot it was even there! My DD used to always want to do it.

I always loved the Swiss Family Tree House and think little ones would love it too. The view from the top, and the breeze, wonderful! It really is special, if you stop and take your time and take it all in.
