Can you exchange CS and Snack credits for a TS?

No.

You can use 1 TS for 1 CS + 2 snacks till the free dining promotion ends but not the other way around.

When I booked our package I was mislead to believe this as well, not true unfortunately. So we left with unused TS and snack credits, not much .

I can tell you NOT to trade a TS for a CS and the lanyard!!!! I soooo want to fuss at someone. We had a TS left over because DD was asleep when we ate at Sci Fi, so---I traded it in. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I FINALLY found SOMEONE that had a CLUE as to what we were doing. THEN we had to find someone who HAD A CLUE what pin and lanyard he got. Well it turn out to be a PLAIN blue one with a VERY CHEAP Goofy pin on it!!! He was soooo disapointed!!!!
