Can you exchange a park ticket already purchased for a Halloween Ticket?

So, I purchased my park tickets for September a while back before they announced the dates for the Halloween party. I would prefer to go to the Halloween party instead. Is there a way to exchange those tickets? TIA!

Doubtful. At least not a straight trade as the Halloween tickets are generally more expensive, but they might give you credit towards the difference.

Thank you! That’s what I meant was that I could get credit towards the Halloween party. The real problem is not being able to speak with someone to see if that is possible..

Why are you unable to speak with someone? Can't you just call Disney?
