Can you enter lines up until the end of extended evening hours?

My trip is in a week, and I am planning to do extended evening hours at both EP and MK. Can I plan to jump in a line right before the end of EEHs or do they close the lines a little before the end? Specifically thinking of Remy and 7DMT. Thanks.

Yes. If EEH end at 11:00PM you are able to join the live right until 10:59 but the lines close the moment the clock changes to 11:00.

Thanks. Good to know. I knew that was the case with regular hours but didn't know if they did the same with extended hours. I doubt I'll be pushing it to the last minute, but I didn't want to show up at Remy at 10:45 to find they'd already closed the line.

Yup been in that situation where.... yes exactly when the clock strikes closing time and not a second after. But.... I was told the one exception is a reserved time, or something like that, with a little bit of a buffer for someone that is a little late. Really disappointing but they have a job to do and I'm sure management is very strict and no 'close enough' because unfortunately when you do it for one person you have to do it for everybody.

Yeah we ran across the park one time and made it about 5 seconds late to FoP. No dice. We made up for that on another trip, ran across the park after Fantasmic closed early for rain, and got on line for Millennium Falcon with 3 seconds to spare. A couple guys from Australia were the only people after us and they made it with a quarter second to spare 😂

OP, on very rare occasion a ride line will close and stop allowing people to join the standby line. The few instances I know were 10-20 minutes before closing time. It happened to us at Frozen in the FP+ days and more recently I read someone else have it at 7DMT. If prolonged weather/ride closure late in the day, and the ride reopens with a huge backlog created between how many now get in standby and how many FP+/G+/DAS/ are still open/arriving, they can post a CM at the line end with a sign ‘line closed’. VERY rare though. Usually if circumstances cause a massive line near closing the inflated wait posted discourages enough people as to not make it much worse. But if a rare combo puts the line a real 2+hrs after closing, they might close standby. Never hurts to check the app for ride closure before crossing a park for that last minute ride.
