Can you edit a post title?

The reason I ask is that I notice that people will leave a misspelled word in their titles indefinitely. example: bjorn for born.

Actually the one you are refering to is spelled correctly.... it is a play on words... Bjorn for Norway (that thread "travels" around the world and we are now "visiting Norway")
