Can you "Drink around the Districts" ?

The Taylors will be at DL instead of DIS-CON this year....and I will need to literally drown my sorrows one day
Has anyone done a DCA version of "drinking around the World " ? What adult drinks are actually available ?

And anyone want to join us

Well of COURSE I want to join you!

But in reality, there isn't much opportunity to drink around the districts. There is a nice bar at Avalon Cove, and wine tastings at the Golden Vine Winery (and if the Golden Vine Terrace is open that's nice too) but not much in the Backlot. Drinks are served with meals at the Soap Opera Bistro there. I think there are margaritas available at the Mexican restaurant (counter service) in the Pacific Wharf area.

I guess that DOES give you some opportunity to sample different drinks, but it's nothing like all the countries in Epcot.

Why don't you join us at the meet next month and we will do a trial run. You don't have to limit yourself to DCA, of course... the GC and Downtown Disney are right there, and the other resorts have nice... features... as well.

(I hardly drink - 1 is my limit, but it sure is fun with a group of Disney lovers around you! )
