Can you do a LUNCH at Hollywood and Vine with the Fantastmic Dining Package?

I know you can do lunch or dinner on the Fantasmic Dining Package at either Mama Melrose or Brown Derby...but what about H&V? It's a character lunch so I'd love to kill two birds with one stone there, if I could.
