Can you do a Disney boat from HS to the Swan Resort with wheelchair?

I think this is doable, but I want to make sure this works. HS is Hollywood Studios.

Yup. Wheelchair will roll right on and off the boat.

Disney has wheelchair access available on all of their transportation. Boat, Bus & Monorail.
