Can you combine kids free with room%?

So if we stay 5/1-5/6 and then we are switching to a room only reservation, my youngest would get a free 6 day park ticket right? Can I then pay the difference to upgrade to an 8 day ticket? That would be $10 right?

Am I making any sense?

I believe she will get a free ticket equal in length to the tickets you purchase through Disney for the promotion up to the number of days you are staying.

The ticket should be upgradable from a 6 day to an 8 day. Matter of fact, you may be able to just get 8 day tickets with your package (although I don't know that for sure).

No, the dining plan is not part of the promo. You may pay to add it.

no, I don't think so. This year's offer is not the same as the Kids Stay/Play/Dine free like it was last year.

I was able to use the kids stay/play free for our 5/1-5/6 package. It took the total price for her 8 day ticket off. Park hopper option is not taken off, we do still have to pay for that. Sorry for the confusion!!

I was able to use the kids stay/play free for our 5/1-5/6 package. It took the total price for her 8 day park hopper ticket off.

Park Hopper is $54 extra per ticket. The visa code does not cover it. I applied the discount to my already existing package that had 7 day ph tix and it took off the kids base price only (plus tax) for 7 days. Total savings was $480 for two kids.

It is offered to Disney Visa rewards card members first, and then released to the general public. I don't think it is available to the general public yet, as it is not yet available on the Disney site, but you may possibly be able to book it by calling??

It doesn't start until Monday for the general public.

I do NOT have a Disney Visa card. I was able to apply the general public code after calling back twice. It seems like it took the CM awhile to get it to work. It take her 8 day ticket price off. I called and confirmed as well as double checking my reservation online. It took $244 off our package. That was the cost of her ticket. (8 day) Even though for this package we are only staying 6 days/5 nights. (We are then switching to a room only reservations and we used the % off discount that says valid starting 1/3)

We still have to pay for the park hopper though.

The page on wdwinfo.com did not have a start date listed for the Kids stay/play free discount. But I read on another thread that they were not supposed to take the codes yet but quite a few people managed it this morning.

When I called yesterday, I had to give them the code (P2A) and then had to put at least $200 of the trip on my Disney Visa in order to get the discount. Hopefully they will open it up to the gp soon.

Edit: just read last comment about them allowing codes to go thru. Wow, how lucky!
