Can you choose your room at Be Our Guest ?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you're able to choose where to be seat at Be Our Guest ? I actually have two existing reservations. One for lunch, and another at...10:50 for dinner on an extra magic hours day.

For which one do we have more chances to be seated in the ballroom section ? Is it random ? Also, for the late late evening reservation, is it possible to enjoy a full meal and to meet the beast ? We don't want to be the last ones in the restaurant with clean tables all around us and employees waiting for us to close the place.

During lunch you can choose your room because you seat yourself. You can sit where there is an open table, and since this restaurant in massive, you have a lot of choices.

At dinner, while I have never had a meal that late, I believe that you will not be made to be uncomfortable. If there are ADR's offered at that time, you and many more people are securing them. Enjoy your dinner!

I know for lunch you can sit anywhere but for dinner I heard the room is assigned. They might ask you for your preference since it is so late though. The beast is supposed to be there for dinner so I would assume he would be there for all of dinner reservations.

If it is late and close to closing they will tell everyone the beast needs to leave soon and you can go meet him then return to finish your meal.

Lunch: You choose your own table so just find a table in the ballroom.

Dinner: The ballroom is huge so if that is your preference, just ask when you check in and it should not be a problem. If you ask to be seated towards the back by the windows you can see the snow fall. More guests ask to be seated in the smaller West Wing so a request for the ballroom is probably a welcome change.
