Can you carry your own luggage on the Express bus?

Can you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim and carry it yourself on the MYW Express bus? Or is this frowned upon? I'm a light packer and can usually fit 5 - 9 days worth of clothing in a medium size luggage, which is too large for carry on but very easy to handle and transport. Has anyone tried this and did everything turn out OK? I know not to put the Disney luggage tags on it. I'm thinking I can go and pickup my luggage and then go to the Express bus. What do you think?

Yes you can. We do not get our DME tags. So we when & got & they put it under the bus-in the compartment I have found that MCO luggage comes out pretty quickly so it should not add much time for you.

Yes, you can, they put it underneath the Bus and you retrieve it after you are at your hotel. The driver off-loads the luggage BEFORE you get off the bus. So, when you exit the bus, you grab your bag and go!
