Can you call to reserve WOC Dessert Party with a gift card?

Subject basically says it all...

I know for WDW I can call and make reservations for things requiring pre-payment using a gift card. I'd like to do that for the WOC Dessert Party, but I don't see a number for Dining. Does that possibility not exist at Disneyland?

That's what I was thinking. I remember calling to book some things in the past, but I think it's just the app or website now.

Dug720- Have you tried booking online with your GC? After I book WOC I just pay with my credit card, so maybe there's a GC option?
