Can you buy ear hats or headbands ahead for children?

Or is it hard to get the right fit? I thought it could be a fun surprise but I'm not sure if they are hard to find the right size, especially DS who takes after DH and has a larger head.

I don't see any adult sizes, and it's only in black for the traditional ear hats. You could return one for credit, but only shipped to their processing center in Tennessee within 30 days. I don't think that putting it on to check for size counts as wearing one.

You should have no problems returning any products purchased online to a physical Disney store. I remember checking that the last time I shopped online.

Honestly I would wait. There are so many choices that I find it really fun to watch my kids (and the grown ups to) try on hats and decide on which one they love the best!

Yes, this, and the Disney Store online has such limited choices! Better to see them all in person!

I thought I read on a thread somewhere that you can only have the name embroidering done on the ears purchased in the parks and not on ones brought elsewhere like the Disney store. Maybe someone else can confirm this for you. I also agree that picking out your ears while you are there is part of the experience
