Can you buy Disney on Broadway Tix w/Visa Rewards?

I have quite a few rewards saved up and no disney trip in sight... but i do have a friend's apartment in NYC at my disposal, so i am thinking of taking the kids to see either Mary Poppins, Lion King or Beauty & the Beast on Broadway... can i use my Disney Visa Rewards to pay for those tickets? and if so, how?

No, I just got off the phone regarding this exact topic with the Disney Rewards Customer Service.
The only thing you can use them for is at Disney Affiliated stores and any Disney themepark. You can get vouchers online however to use for seeing Disney Movies in the theater (this is something new that they have added).

wow, thanks! i can get movie vouchers (aka tickets) for disney movies w/my visa rewards? do i do it thru the visa website?

w/out a trip in sight, at least it's some way to spend them...

There are tons of stores you can get vouchers for! Ofcourse you have to buy Disney merchandise or view Disney movies.

This is an added bonus as I think their rewards program was lacking a bit.

Remember you transfered rewards points expire in the year that they are issued. Non-Transferred don't expire for 5 years from the date of earning them. You can earn a max of 750 points in a year, but they carry over if you don't use them. Just FYI.
