No, you can't. As far as I'm aware, the only place to get them is in the US.

Great minds think alike!! Fortunately, I know someone who is off to Disney before Xmas so they're going to get some Disney dollars for me so that I can give them to the kids for Xmas.

i actually managed to get some from Ebay as xmas presents (not so sure i got a good deal though lol!) but make a good xmas present for kids!
