Can you buy an AP at DD

Does anyone know where I can just buy my AP . This is our first stop and would like to have it before I hit the parks and spend serious money at World of Disney.

There is a Guest Relations location. I beleive it is behind Summer Sands & Team Mickey. There is also a small location in the West Side section.
