Can you buy an all-day Express Access pass at the parks?

If you don't stay at an on-site hotel, can you buy an Express Access pass to let you in the Express line on all the rides for the day?? I heard somewhere that you could buy these and was wondering if anyone had any information on them and how much they are?? Thanks!

You can pick up a book of express passes at the Guest Services area. I've heard but have never used them is that they give you a pass for each of the attractions and I believe that it is $25.00. With your park admission you get express pass for free.

The express from the books can be used any time during the day, but once used, are gone. The free express you get from the machines can be gotten any time while the machines are operational. The only "all day express" is(are?) the onsite hotel keys.

Or the eight hour VIP tour.

I thought the VIP tour was 5 hours. Silly me!
