Can you buy a festival wrist gift card with a regular gift card?

We are planning a trip to next year's Food & Wine festival and we were just given a regular Disney gift card. Does anyone know if we can we use that gift card to buy the wrist gift card or can those only be purchased with cash or credit cards?

You can't purchase a DGC using a different DGC. Once you get the new DGC, you can transfer balances between cards using DisneyGiftCard.com.

totally forgot to buy one of these. Meant to buy an Orange Bird one. We used our MBs for F&W and then paid the balance off with GC later. Enjoyed the festival prize for collecting the 5 cheese items stamps.
