Can you bring Baby Wipes on a flight in your carry-on?

Is this considered a liquid or a gel that has to be in your quart, zip top bag? I want to bring anti-bacterial hand wipes to try to decrease germs for my boys. I also want to bring regular wipes in case we have an unexpected accident.
