Can you book an adventure if you are a resale owner?

We are in the process of buying our first DVC contract resale. Can we book the adventures by Disney packages? Or do you have to be a direct owner?

You have to be a Direct to use your points - but it's a terrible value to pay for it that way. You'd be better off renting out your points and paying cash for ABD. Same goes for DCL.

You can't use your points but you can still book early with the rest of the DVC members (typically a couple of days before the general public).

Yes, that's still a DVC benefit. It's listed on my current reservation for July.

Good question. Don't know the answer to that since I have both resale and direct contracts. But they only asked if I was DVC, not blue or white card. I forgot that was the original point of this post.
