Can you book a Fast pass with an after hours ticket?

HI all,

We are going to be doing a couple of after hours events this trip. I wanted to book one fast pass for Fantasmic . Will I be able to with a special event ticket? I was able to for Halloween last year but we could get in the park at 4 for that. For this the earliest we can get in is 7 so I wasn't sure.
