can you bank transferred points?

Just got 35 points transferred over to us. My use year is February and his is March.

First, when do these transferred points expired?

Second, is it possible to bank them?

I believe these still can be banked as long as they're current year points. They would also keep the current use year (March)

Transferred points keep their own Use Year & Home Resort designation. (and they will keep that same UY & Home Resort status even if you bank them ).

So the points you had transferred to you that have March UY would expire on February 28 2010 ( presuming that they are 2009 Use Year points ) and if you wanted to bank them into 2010 Use Year you have until Oct 31 2009 to do so.
