Can you apply to the CP at DL in CA if you didn't pass the web interview for FL?

I think the WBI is the same for both. It's a company wide interview...but I could be wrong.

No, you can't unfortunately. I tried doing that, but it won't let me because I failed the web interview for Florida ... which seems a little unfair to me, but oh well
