I was told today that I would have to cancel and rebook to apply this code, I have always had them just apply the rate. Can they just transfer the money paid over to new ressie if I have to cancel it or do they have to refund? I will lose money if they refund the cc because of Exchange rates to USD.. Does anyone know??
