Can you add a lap baby later on Southwest?

We normally always fly with United, but I'm interested in seeing what SW's prices are for June 2016 (I believe they get released December 8th?)

My issue is, I'm due with baby number two in March, and said baby will be coming on our trip. So I can book seats for myself, DH and DS now, but we would need to be able to add a lap baby once he is born. Does anyone know if SW allows this? We've done in before with United and Alaskan, but not sure of the policy with SW.

As pp said its fine - just be sure and bring the birth certificate! SWA is known for being strict on requiring them even if its obvious the baby is not yet 2.
