Hello,

I will be heading to WDW next Saturday March 17th, and was wondering if I would be able to add a sixth day on to my 5 day park hopper ticket while I am there. I saw an old thread from several years ago that said you could not add any days past 5 days without buying an annual pass or buying a day full price. Is this still true? If I can add a day, does anyone know what the price difference would be to make my ticket a 6day ticket?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I am pretty sure you can add a day. Just make sure you do it before you use all your days already on the ticket. I think you pay the price difference of the 5 and 6 day ticket

That was never true. Do you happen to have a link for that thread?

In any case, yes, you can add another day to the ticket. It should cost around $15, I think.[/QUOTE]

You could be confusing Disneyland info with WDW info. It is true at Disneyland that you cannot extend beyond 5 days.
That said, you will have no problems adding a 6th day at WDW as long as you do so before completing your 5th day.

The cost depends on WHEN and FROM WHOM you bought the original ticket.

For Florida Residents, it looks like 4 days is the longest ticket available. For everyone else (except Brits who supposedly can buy a special UK Only 14 day ticket), you can buy up to a 10 day ticket, so I don't see any reason you wouldn't be able to add a day.

The OP’s question regarding upgrading a WDW ticket rather than a DL ticket has been answered.
