Can we use pools at Nick hotel on check out day...all day?

We are flying into MCO late Thursday but our villa won't be ready until Friday check in. We thought about staying one night at the Nick Hotel (great rate on Travelocity -- only $100 with fees/taxes). We were going to MK that Friday -- but I could see going back to the Nick hotel around 2/3pm for the kids to get some pool time. I think check out is at 11am.

Would they let the kids have full access the whole check out day or do they somehow limit it?

Why don't you just go to the villa at 2-3pm?

The kids want to play in the big Nick pool area. We'll arrive too late Thursday night.

Not sure that you would be able to. Your room key allows you access to the parking lots and to towels at the pool. As long as you are on their property, you can use their facilities all day. BUT, if you leave, I don't think you can get back in because you would have checked out already. We were there for a non-Disney trip last August and we swam until our next hotel's check in time.
