can we use meal credits at food and wine festival

We are on the quick service plan and just wondered if we are able to buy food and snacks from the stall at Epcot food and wine festival ?

You may use snack credits- 1 credit for any qualified item. Meal credits can't be used for snacks.

This is the only time we get the DDP. (we always pay OOP because we get a better AP discount on rooms). Using snack credits is a great deal during Food/Wine.
