Can we take our own bottled water into the parks?

Sorry if this is an old question but I'm pretty new to the board. I just don't want to have to pay some ungodly amount for bottled water in the parks if I don't have to. Would it be ok if we just packed 2 bottles each for DH and I? Or is that against policy? Thanks much!!!

I have always packed one of those Brita water bottles with the filters and carried it into the parks. The price of water is ridiculous!


Also, my DD was only 11 months on our last trip, and I had to bring baby food, and in my food bag, I also had snacks for my older daughter (mostly fruit snacks and peanut butter crackers). Security looked at it and didn't say a word. We get all of our meals at the parks/hotels and snacks, so I don't feel guilty about the water or the kids stuff.

It's not a problem and it's not against policy. this is from Disney's web site:

Q. May I bring my own food and beverages in to the Water Parks?

A. Coolers of a size that may be safely carried are permitted. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages allowed. There are no storage areas for coolers.

Yes you can bring more than one each too!

We usually take a cooler with water and gatorade and a diaper bag filled with snacks. Be prepared when bags are searched though...security will joke about sharing your food with them. If you happen to have a freezer in you hotel room, take a trip to the grocery store and pick up some smuckers uncrustables. They are PB and J sandwiches that are frozen and they take about a half hour to thaw...a real nice quick meal for little ones...and adults to.
