They are still being given out on VMK from the Hidden Mickeys.

DLR is no longer giving out the Gold Collection. I turned one in on 10/20 and got the 500 virtural credits card.

My family redeemed 4 print outs for Gold Collection at WDW. This was on October 6, 2006.

On Wednesday (10/25), I went to Disneyland with my neice and tried to turn the Gold Collection print-out in. The lady said they were still accepted them, but went looking through all the cards and couldn't find any. She called someone, and then asked us if we want to come back and check later or if we wanted one of these other cards... she pulls out the 500 Credits and Invisibility Magic Spell cards..

So we got 2 Invisibility Magic Spell cards in place of the gold stuff.

Also, I noticed in the extra packs they give you, it had 2 Adventureland Retro Pin cards in each of them.. I never got these before.

As of a few days ago, VMK stopped giving the certificate as a prize for finishing the Hidden Mickey quest. (Now it's 750 credits and the Gold Oswald pin.)

According to others who have turned certificates in recently, the gold collection cards are no longer being given out. Presumably, they were part of the 50th celebration, and have been pulled, along with the cards for gold Mickey ears and 50th Celebration pins.

I guess they just give whatever cards they have on hand as a replacement; I've been hearing mostly the "500 credits" card.

I did the hidden mickey quest just last night and got a print out for the gold collection. I will try to turn it in this weekend.
My husband turned in his print out last weekend and got a 500 credit card.

Interesting... I just used a card I just got last week and received 500 credtis.

I entered mine on Sept 30, and it only gave 100. I guess they fixed it back.
