Only 2 more days!! I am getting jealous with all of this talk about bathing suits and shorts! It is finally warming up around here and I am so glad! I may not be back on before ya'll have your trip so have fun!!!

Thanks, I'm sure we will. I rode my bicycle today in shorts, crazy warm, but they are calling for another cold front the first of March, which makes sense. It always gets warm before a cold front. I'm such a weather person. Glad you are seeing some warmth and hope that front doesn't freeze ya again.

I was a reader on Melissa's "Moved to FL..." trip report but have not been on the dis in a while. I'm glad to hear you are still living in Fl and spending lots of time at Disney.

I will be at Disney this weekend too! and the next week. We might be at MK on Sunday night (if we're not too tired).

Thanks on the luggage tags...! I pulled out the suitcase I changed my mind on, and it had the old man (can't remember his name, I'm horrible) instead of the dog...I think I'll keep him, tho.

Well, I got my hair done and cooked supper, and in between, am packing. I nearly got all the things on my checklist checked off! I'm just getting tired and realizing that I have little sleep coming up between now and a trip to the airport -- and that is affecting my willpower...sleep...sleep!!

It doesn't help that my teenage daughter decided to come spend time with me in my room, and subsequently fell asleep in my bed!!

We had a good time laughing with Mickey, tho. He is ready to go, even if I"m not, yet.

Okay...back to packing. You may not hear back from me until it's all over with!!

We are still alive and I apologize for not coming out here. I'll let Vickie explain her reason for disappearance. I have no real excuse except for trying to get my house cleaned. Last week was just crazy. Had something to do away from home, every single day. Then this week I was determined to shampoo carpets and other things, so I made myself stay away from the Dis. It really was difficult for me.

We had a great time and I can't wait to get the TR started, but was going to wait on Vickie. We discussed titles our whole trip, maybe we need to throw some out here and get some votes to determine the best one.

I want to say thanks, and I apologize for not getting to our TR sooner...and I will explain what has been keeping me, and why Melissa has been so understanding (and not bugging me too much about it) -- although I've been thinking about it MUCH!!

I recently had surgery, and I am recovering -- today was a half-day at work and tomorrow will be another half-day, with a doctor's visit in the afternoon.

About 4 weeks ago, we got the final word that I had breast cancer...what I didn't want to do, above all, was to cancel this trip we had waited so long for! The doctor was enthusiastic for me, too, and encouraged me to go and forget about it for a while.

My surgery wasn't difficult, but the recovery has been slow and painful, and continues to be so. I've been drugged a lot... and when I wasn't too bad (ie., laying on the couch), I've been trying to keep up with family stuff. So, while the TR has been on my mind, I just haven't been enthused to begin the hard, yet rewarding work of getting it started.

The good news is: I've uploaded my pics, and I will begin the TR this week! Not sure what day, exactly, because of my full schedule the early part of this week, but I'm hoping at least by Thursday.

You guys have been awesome to wait for this...and I promise, we had a GREAT time, and you will enjoy going on this trip with us!!!

Wow! I hate to hear you have been through so much!! I hope you have a speedy recovery!! My boss found out two weeks ago that she has ovarian cancer and it has been very tough! Totally understand your delays in getting this story going! Sending many thoughts and prayers your way!!!
