We are about to head out the door to go to Chad's granddad's house to eat....collards, black eyed peas, potato salad and cornbread....hmmmm. I asked Chad if they would have any meat and he laughed at me. I am sooooo not a just a veggie girl. I have to have some kind of meaty product! So, it looks like I will have a bowl of black eyed peas.

Finally an update...yes an update I said!!

We got up really early that Tuesday morning so that we could get to Epcot for EMH that morning. As soon as we go to the park, we went to a turnstile that we saw people going in. We go there just in time...but I had to go rent a stroller for when Hollie got tired. So, by the time I got that and got her settled we had missed the character interaction (if they had one that early).
So we headed straight towards my favorite ride at Epcot ever....Soarin!!!!!

Here is Hollie on her very first time riding soarin

She loved it!!!! Oh how I wish I could bottle up those smells!!!! Well, I do have one bottled. If any of you remember from my first TR, I bought a perfume by demeter that is called hawaiian surf and OH MY GOODNESS...it smells just like if you were standing at the oceans edge with the wind blowing. Its heavenly!!

We road the Land next and I really like that ride!

So cute, they had Christmas ornaments on this one!

Next we went to the character spot....we have never been in there before! haha

Next we rode Spaceship earth and Hollie thought it was cool...till they turned us backwards to go down! haha

I know its blurry, but I love this cool chicks outfit!

Next we rode Nemo and I tried to get a good picture but I never can!

Next we had to go look at the manatee's..I am such a lover of manatee's, dolphins, killer whales, etc.

Next we made our way to our ADR at San Angel Inn....

Now, I have to say this. I usually love, love, love this place (it really could be the margarita that I get, lol) but this time it was just eh. I always check the menus before we head to Disney and everytime we aren't there they have the wonderful chicken nachos that I love!!!! but, when its our time to go...they disappear!

We rode the Gran Fiesta Tour with the Three Caballeros

Next we headed to Norway! I just love it there!

After riding the Maelstrom...look who we came across!!

Now this was when I started a character hunt...I wanted Hollie to see as many as she could! So, here they are!

We saw Marie!!!! How cute is she!

Funny story with Belle....she came out about 10 minutes before the Beast. When the CM with her announced this, no one was really going up to her! You could tell she was like, what the heck! She actually walked away from her spot and starting interacting with kids who weren't in line. She came back and Hollie said, "Mommy I want mine with her by myself and then with the Beast" so I took her up there before he came out then we got back in line to wait for the beast.

Next we went to use our Fast passes at Soarin and Hollie wanted to pose while we waited for Chad to leave the stroller outside! She is so silly!!

More characters!!!

Now, the next one makes me upset! I love, love, love Chip n Dale!!! They are one of my favorites. I am in the process of editing my disney photopass and NONE of the pics with Chip n Dale are on there!

Hollie loved them...until they pulled me up there to take a picture (which I didn't get with mine because I take the pics). Chip grabbed my hand and pulled me up beside them for a picture. Well, Dale grabbed my other arm and they started tugging me...Hollie DID NOT like that one bit! She threw her hands on her hips and gave them the meanest look!! It was too funny and of course the photopass guy got it...but didn't put it on the card!

Next we rode Test Track and Hollie thought it was really cool!

At this point, I decided to get Hollie a treat!

We rode SE one more time!

Then we decided to head out! We had an early ADR the next day at 8:00 am at Crystal Palace and a full day at Magic Kingdom!!! Wooo hooo!!

Stay tuned for some major drama starting that night....YES that night I said! Ugh!
