Easily. would think you should be at AKL by 7:45, 8 at the lastest.
RoL is 15 minutes. That puts it ending at 7.
Its only a 5 minute bus ride. So, if you walk very slow and miss the first few buses, you should still be ok. That gives you 75 minutes from RoL to Boma.
