Hi
im sure this has been addressed here but can’t find. Me and my wife are going and two of our friends are going. so my wife and I are listed in my MDE app and our friends have their own. Is there a way to list them on my app and us on theirs so when we try for ROTR boarding group both of us can be trying for all 4 of us? If so how do you do this?

You have to become friends on My Disney Experience. If you go to your account/profile you can see your friends list and add there.

So I just add them by name? I don’t have to somehow link with them in MDE? I guess what I’m asking is if I just add mr and mrs Jones and I get a boarding pass for all 4 of us how will it go to their app or magic band when we have to check in?

Go to your family and friends list on MDE.

OK Great Thanks!
Now as another wrench I have heard to have everyone in the party, in other words all 4 of us try however I just got this in an emai from Disney:
Please keep in mind, only one Guest per traveling party should attempt to enroll in virtual queue. Multiple Guests and devices attempting to enroll the same party could complicate securing a boarding group

Is this true? Should only one of us try or all 4?

You can still try multiple devices. This more or less is Disney trying to stop system overloading. Definitely have one main person designated though in case.
