Can we extend our existing car rental ressies for 2 more days?

Does anyone know if we can extend our current car reservation by 2 days without re-doing the reservation? Our flights have changed, so we will be coming in earlier and leaving a day later.

I booked this awhile ago when the rates were really good--now the rates are higher. I was hoping to just get the additional days at the same daily rate--is this possible?

You should call your rental agency and ask them. Most allow you to do this, at the extra daily rate, but, not all.

We just came back from Orlando last night. We had rented two minivans from Dollar at $209.99 for the week. Delta cancelled our 1:00pm flight three weeks before our trip. We ended up flying out at 9:20pm last night. Dollar told us it was no big deal. We were charged $39.99 (standard daily rate) on each van for the extra time we had the vans. Our only other alternative was to sit in the airport for an extra 6 or 7 hours.
