Hello All!!

I am sure this has been asked before, but are we able to check out the different resorts if we do not have a stay booked or a dining reservation? I would like to experience as many as possible on our trip this fall. We are new DVC members and cannot wait to explore all of our options. Thank you in advance for the info!!!

Yes, you are more than welcome to go to any resort you are not staying at and/or have a dining reservation at. An issue you will have is that you will not be allowed to park your car there if you are driving. You will have to take Disney transportation (bus, monorail, Skyliner, boat) to the resorts.
Great!! Thank you for the information. I did not think of the parking so that's a good point.

You could do the monorail loop of BLT, VGF, & Poly all in one afternoon and just stop in and grab a drink or a QS meal.

Also, BWV, BCV, & RIV could also only take an afternoon.
I forgot that the monorail crawl was a thing!! Will have to check that out!!

Add to that a boat ride from MK over to WL for a visit to BRV/CCV.

WL makes a pleasant contrast to the others, peaceful and quiet.

Stop off at the newish open air lounge, Geyser Point, too. Territic sandwiches and snacks along with potent potables.

WL looks like the perfect place to relax the day away.

I second stopping by Geyser Point for lunch, our last trip in April 2022 we had a great server and awesome food....... and got a visit from the resident family of ducks that my kids loved to see and feed. Those ducks love the Geyser Point french fries.

That's amazing!! I will add Geyser Point to the list!!

Make GP your last stop about an hour or so before the fireworks for a wonderful end to your day.

You can get a fabulous view from there, though you may have to join the watchers at lake's edge to see well. They do tend to line the lake at that hour.
