can we do Boma breakfast in an hour??

We have a PS for next Friday morning at 8:30 for Boma. Can we be done and out of there in an hour since it is a buffet??? We want to try and get to AK asap that day since our plane leaves at 7:30 pm. Although we don't want to miss breakfast there either.

We have never waited more than 10 minutes for a table at Boma and since it is a buffet, you can eat at your own pace. I think you should be able to be out by 9:30, 9:45 at the latest. Try to get there a little early and maybe they will seat you early if it's not too crowded.
