Can we change Dad to a Friend as one of the guest on our pkg?

Well Dear ol' Dad might not get to go on our wkend trip. My DD wants to take a friend instead. Will WDW let me make a change to our pkg substituting Dad for a friend. Friend would count as an adult. Price shouldn't change.
What do you think WDW will do in this situation?

You shouldn't have any problems. I would call Disney reservations immediately and let them know of the change.
