We're going to DL in 2 weeks. It's our first time to Disneyland, so I don't know if we allow to bring food and drinks to the park or not? My sons (ages 3 and 2) can not go without milk.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Milk is sold all through the parks. I've been told you can bring soft sided coolers. There is a picnic area right outside the gate with lockers. You can bring in snacks for the kids and water bottles, probably juice boxes too. You just can't bring in complete picnic baskets or anything like that.

We've brought all type of snacks in our backpacks into the park and never have had any issues. We usually take a frozen bottle of water as well. If the milk is going to be drunk within an hour, I don't see a problem. If you're saving it for later, the problem arises of how are you going to keep it cold. eduk8r26 is right. Milk is sold all over the parks. It just might be easier to purchase the milk in the park and bring snacks in your backpacks.

I posted this last week I think. Offical line is no outside food in the park, unless due to dietary restrictions. However they have never stopped drinks or snacks. If they see lunch they are more likely to stop you. Coolers (especially big ones) they will tell you to put in the lockers by the picnic benches.

At DCA at the entrace to from GC they have paper cups to give to guests who want to bring in drinks that came in glass bottles. So they do now allow outside food or drink, but provide you with cups so you can. Make sense.

They will not allow glass bottles though.
