Can we "add on" tickets/dining to our DVC reservation?

Hey fellow DVC members.......I know part of the answer to my question, but need some more insight if someone can help me. In the past, we have added the dining plan onto our DVC reservation once we arrived at the resort at check-in and that was fine. However, I was wondering if any of the various "Magic Your Way" packages that include park admission and/or dining, could be purchased also. THANKS! You will need to order the dining plan before your planned arrival date at DVC. You may, however, pay for it upon arrival at the resort.

Package plans cannot be added onto your DVC reservation. You can purchase AP's with a DVC discount, or purchase regular admission tickets at the parks and Downtown Disney.

I was told that I could not prepay for the Dining Plan. I have to pay for it when I check in. Also, I thought you could purchase park tickets at the resorts also. I have for the past 3 years.

I've rented some points, and will be staying in AKV's in Jan '08.

I'm wondering how exactly the DDP works for DVC members (or in my case renters).

In the past I've purchased my park tickets through undercovertourist.com, & they some what less expensive to do it that way. I was planning on doing that again.

As I'm understanding what I've read here, I can still sign up for the dining plan, & just pay for that when we get there?

Do I have to buy the tickets for just those days that we'll be there then? We're planning on being there 5 days, & I'd thought about buying the 10 day/ no expiration option.

Could any of you clarify this for me.

No you do not have to purchase tickets if you are an owner or renter. You can just purchase the dining plan. You pay for it when you check in. You do have to be sure you add it on at least 2 days prior to checkin.

DDP needs to be added to your res no later than 3 (I think?) days prior to check-in.

DDP can only be paid for upon check-in. MS does not accept payment for DDP.

Park tix can be purchased at the resort & added to your Key to the World if you wish.

DVC AP/PAP needs to be purchased at a guest services location (DTD is my choice).
