Can WDW CM buy DL Halloween party tickets?

Hello! Current WDW CM here. I am thinking about visiting Disneyland in September and wanted to buy party tickets. I went to Company D in FL and they didn't sell discount Disneyland Party tickets. Is there a similar place at Disneyland and can WDW cast buy DL party tickets? Thanks!

Maybe you can call the CM line at Disneyland and you can process the order over the phone? I can't think of anywhere (in person) that you could buy DL party tickets at WDW.
