I'd do it at a park. A few years ago I was given wrong info, fortunately I was 99% certain that there was a day remaining so I checked at the Studios.

you need to go to guest services booth outside of MGM gates. on the left side I think. any park guest services booth can check for you.

booth will say guest services or guest relations something like that. Just ask a any CM outside the gates where it is
