Can TA's see a list of available rooms when booking?

When the next set of dates are released and our travel agents are working like mad to get everyone what they want, do they have the ability to easily see what cabins are still available (on a list or chart)? If I give my TA a list of my preferred rooms, how easy is it for her to go down that list?

They can call and ask specifically what of your list are available...

If you look at the cruise on Expedia you can see what rooms are available. You dont have to enter any names or card info.

Those sites typically show you a selection of rooms within the type you want (generally around 6-8 rooms), but not all the rooms available, unless you click through it multiple times and write down what's being offered.

Hasn't been my experience with them. In fact I was just looking at their site, and when you select the type of cabin you want, you get a list of them. You even get a tab for each floor if the cabin you want is open on several floors.

I just tried it and I was given 6 rooms to select from. I tried again, I again got 6 rooms (4 of them the same, 2 new ones). A third try garnered 6 rooms (4 from the second list and 2 new ones).

Just tried it again, on a different cruise:
1st try - 7 rooms offered
2nd try - 7 rooms (4 new/3 repeats)
3rd try - 7 rooms (1 new/3 repeats from try 1 and 3 repeats from try 2).
