Alright all i got a email from columbia house stating that my movie jack*ss was sent to me today! I never ever subsribed to anything like this and had seen some of you had issues before what did you do to change this and also what offer caused this to happen?
 
This happened to me. I e-mailed customer service and they are supposedly sending me a label to return "The 40-year-old virgin," which of course I never ordered!!! The e-mail I received from them said they were canceling my account so I am just making sure I hold onto that e-mail in case they don't send me the label. You are not alone :)
 

I just got a DVD in the mail (don't know what happened to getting an email). I ended up calling their customer service number: 1-800-262-2001. I put entered in the info as if I was going to pay by credit card and then entreed $0.01 for the amount (without ever entering any CC info). This queued me up immediately with customer service. YEAH! I spoke directly with a human being and he cancelled the account and is {{supposedly}} sending me a mailing label to return the item to them.

So, for any of you that want to cancel by speaking to a live person, you might want to try this.
