Can someone who knows alot about credit or fixing credit help me

I am in the process of trying to fix my credit so we can get a house. To be honest, its all over whelming and confusing. Ive been told to start paying somthing,to stop , the get different letters and I am burnt out.



Is there anyone who would be willing to help (I can message you or text) without judging? I am really trying to fix this.

You need to start by sending out letters to any collection agencies and all three credit bureaus for each account. This can be done online, and is quicker that way if it works, but a lot of people who have had experience with this say to do it by mail. There is a forum (not the MyFICO ones, as I think this other forum is better organized and helpful) that has helped many people repair their credit, but idk the rules on mentioning outside forums here that aren't Disney-related. So PM me. They can definitely help with any questions you have. I would also be willing to help too. No judgement here. I severely damaged my credit as a dumb 18-year-old and had to fix it after I started a family and really needed good credit to secure a good apartment. Luckily that was many, many years ago and any accounts that "stuck" (like my student loans, which eventually got paid but still stuck around for 10 years) are long gone.
