can someone tell me when I can book

for some reason even having booked 5 previous trips I cant get my head around when to phone for next years trip. I thought I had it worked out but just phoned and I am way out

home resort - arriving 10th July, 2010 and departing 31st July
want to do the whole booking in one so know I will need to wait that bit longer to do this.

can someone tell me the date i can phone to book, I stupidly thought it was 31st August

Did MS tell you Sept 14th? That would only be true if you were staying in Aug. Today, you can reserve a room at your home resort with a check-in date on or before July 27, 2010. You should be able to book your entire trip today.

yeh just off the phone told her 10th - 31 July and she said I could only book 1st week and to phone back on the 14th September do you think she got it wrong

It doesn't sound right to me. But then, I've never book a two week trip.

I have emailed member services. what i was thinking was if you used to book the whole trip on your check-out date and now you have that added 7 day bonus we are well within for booking
