Can someone tell me what you guys are paying for your gasoline please........

I paid either $1.68 or $1.69 today. I've seen regular octane as high as $1.85 or so here in the Washington, DC area.

Just paid $1.60 a gallon for regular (87 octane) at the station near where I work. Then I found out that it's $1.54 a gallon at the station just around the corner from our home.

89 octane is $1.75 a gallon
91.5 octane is $1.85 a gallon

Paid $1.65 today. I haven't found it much cheaper but I have seen it fort a lot more. Wish the price would stop going up!

$1.59 for 87 octane.

I paid $1.46 last night at Randall's (grocery store). I cant wait til it gotes back down I pay about $40 to fill up my suburban:(

It still amazes me that across the country gas is still cheaper than in California!
Yeah, Megan, it's funny how much less expensive gas is the further we get from the freeway! It amazed when I moved to this high priced neighborhood only to find gas 15 - 20 cents cheaper! The cheapest I've seen is the ARCO station near the museum & theatre. (I used to buy gas in Manteca when I visited family out there, because gas was about 40 - 50 cents cheaper - not any more - they're about the same as the cheap stuff around here.)

Nutsy, if gas is 4.5 liters to the gallon than Italian prices are 4.95 euro to the gallon which is about $5.49 a gallon. However, the military living in Italy gets to buy ration coupons, thankfully. We pay $39 for 100 liters, so I think that works out to about $1.48 a gallon, not bad considering what we could be paying.

I just saw a report this morning that stated that the average price for a gallon of gasoline has gone up $0.54 since the start of 2003, but that the wholesale price has only gone up $0.14. The gist of this news story was to imply that the oil companies are gouging consumers to the tune of $0.40 a gallon.
:earseek:

Of course, this was the news media's take on the current situation. I imagine that there's some truth to the story and that our gasoline prices are somewhat inflated due to the fear of war in Iraq.

I just paid $1.82 this morning, for regular.

In the Toronto area we are paying $.80/litre for low octane and $.90/litre for high octane

I paid 2.23 yesterday (for plus) but regular was still 2.14 (of course, this was in palo alto, home of the richest nieghborhoods in the country)

1.53/1.59/1.63 here in western MD..actually went down .05 since last week!
