I just ordered one for my DGD at Ariel's Grotto. You wanna know how excited I am about this trip?!?! :woohoo: :woohoo: I didn't even ask how much the darned thing cost. :rotfl: Anyone have that info? Also exactly what do we get with one of these thingies? Just wanted to have something extra for our little princess. She will be having a make-over at Club Libbie Lou before our lunch with the royal girlies.

She'll like the CLL, it's neat! Okay - birthday buckets I think are still $20 - usually a little cake, a pin, a very small toy (usually plush of some kind.) All inside the bucket and the cake is placed on top - and they are BEAUTIFUL!

thanks so much.... DGD will be turning 4 shortly after we get back from our trip. She doesn't know we are going yet, because we don't want the daily "are we going today" thing.

so DD, the papa man and I are working very hard not to spill the beans to her. man o man is this hard

especially since we live and breath Disney around here.::MickeyMo

Can we order b-day bukets from Goofy's kitchen? We are taking our boys to DL to celebrate their Dec b-days. Our oldest is turning 4 and our youngest is turning 1:) Their b-days are 5 days apart. They will love those b-day buckets!

Happy b-day to your DGD!!!!!!!!!

I believe you can, I called 714-781-3463, and had them add it to my existing reservation, the CM said I could have ordered it when we arrived at the restaurant, but she went ahead and added it to my PS.

I can't wait to surprise my DD and DGD with this little fun thing! Love spoiling the granddaughter. the gramma gig is so much fun:flower3:

Thanks for the info!!! I am looking foward to this surprise for my boys!!

Your grandaughter has one hectic of a Grandma:thumbsup2 I hope se enjoys your special treat!!!!

FYI the cake on top a year ago was really nasty.....

The bucket was cool and yes it does come apart so you can store it in a stroller better.. Although I wouldn't buy one again...

I think the is also a trading pin in the bucket too. I have bought them for my daughter a couple times. The cake was not that great. There was a small plus key chain of Mickey. There was some stickers too. I do think there was a pin in the bucket but I can't remember.

Happy birthday to your granddaughter. I am sure she will have a great time..

My hubby ordered me one for my birthday this past July at Storytellers. We thought the cake was very yummy! Here are some pics of the Mickey one. Very Cute! (The date was not right on my camera - this was July 2007)

Very Cute! Thanks for taking the time to post those pics of the b-day bucket! I am going to get one for my boys in Dec.

Thanks so much for posting the pics of the birthday bucket:banana: , we are going in December :santa: and it will be my 13yr olds birthday :cheer2: so I wanted to order her one but I wasen't sure if she would like it :confused3 but now that I've seen it I am sure she will:cloud9: .

Thanks again Zena :cool1:

wow thanks for the photos! I think the DGD is going to love it! Even if the cake is less than spectacular. The presentation is wonderful, and she will be thrilled with having lunch with the princesses, most likely won't eat much anyway!!!

Are there different buckets for different ages? We will be celebrating a 10 year olds B-day....

There are just two types of buckets, a princess one and a sorcerer Mickey one. When I ordered ours, they asked me if it was for a boy or a girl, but I imagine a girl could like either one.:)

Yes, I forgot the Happy Birthday pin included in it!

We love the buckets and get one each year. Never not liked the cake yet, I'm not crazy about frosting or filling myself but the cake has been yummy for us. I believe you can get the buckets at any place that does priority seating. I know all the character meals, Blue Bayou, and Carnation Cafe do them. That's all we've ordered them at, so there may be others.

Also don't forget the Birthday Bags - only $5 and have a maraca, puzzle (made of foam), pen. Am I forgetting anything there? When we have a group with kids, I get those for the other kids.

My dh and I always take our grandkids to DL for their 4th birthdays. It usually works out that we go just before they turn four and they love it. We make all kinds of memories. You might want to take her to the Mickey and Minnie birthday party too. Mr. Pat E Cake is the host. They (and you) decorate their own little cake and Mickey and Minnie show up. It is cool. We hope to be doing this in Dec.
