Can someone tell me about pin codes? How do I check If I have one

I got a post card in the mail sometime ago with a pin code that is long gone. I know i read somewhere on the board that if you have a pin it is tied to your email address or phone number. How Can I check on that? Just ask a CM in CRO? One I talked to yesterday seemed very irritated that I would even ask about discounts.

I was able to check at CRO. I think it really matters who you get. I didn't have a pin, but the first CM wasn't willing to check. Called back. The 2nd one checked by my name.

I called a little while ago and the CM I had was great. She checked my name, my DH and my DS. Unfortunately, no pin code attached to any of us.

Oh well, we have AAA discount for BWI in January and I think that will have to do. Of course, a general public code could come out that might be better, so we will wait and see.

I actually booked a trip last week for January and asked if I had a pin code attached to my name...

The CM was totally fabulous - he discovered a glitch in my file, fixed it, and then told me I had an October-December code for $59 per night at value resorts! No, I couldn't use it, but how cool was it to get my first pin code????


So, bottom line??? Just call and ask!
